I would like to set the timezone of my team in order to match the timezone I'm in, and let that timezone reflect in created incidents. Currently, I believe the incidents contain the time in GMT+0 / UTC.

This'll probably be introduced in the upcoming update to incident notifications where a contact can be assigned a timezone, with a fallback to the team's default.

You can now change your team's timezone in the team settings. This timezone will be used in notifications.
Charts and tables use the browser timezone.
