Currently, incidents that take a while will a display rounded duration, instead of the actual duration in minutes. For example, 'about 1 hour'.
This makes managing with the aftermath of incidents a lot harder because now I have to calculate the actual downtime myself.
I would like to see the precise duration times of an incident, instead of the rounded ones. An additional column 'Resolved at' would also be good.

However, It appears the duration still shows 'about X hours' instead of actual duration in hours/minutes, which isn't useful as I'd still have to calc the exact time. Is that something you'd consider changing?
